Since I am not seeing any progress, nor see any development on this plugin, is this plugin abandoned?

Plugin listing on the repository has been transferred, since the author hasn't responded. New repository https://github.com/Zinc-OS/continuousprint as of https://github.com/OctoPrint/plugins.octoprint.org/pull/673
