Compiled the actual ico files last night, each with a different 32x32 variant.
16x16 improved: 32x32_b improved (still like your _a with levels better though): 64x64 has unreadable "S" in many situations (tested with Win11) - altered some pixels but did not improve much: 256x256 added: 512x12 added (Roland logo removed from box) (github compressed the edge-transparency real bad, check the ico):
Suggestions: -drop variant esp. 64x64 and maybe also 32x32 for not looking all too good when rendered in UI -512 is too big and I don't like that style anyways -256x256 might be useful for a macOS .icns later edit: and I should have made it with Roland digital camouflage instead of black background
->16x16 works in any situation very well and is small in size - best choice to only use that variant imho

hiya! if you're interested, I've put together a couple pixel art renderings of the device.
The resolutions were chosen fit w/ standard icon sizes, with a crop in sub-64x64 sizes. Here is a 4x export, for easier viewing in-browser.
The markings indicate how much space beyond the image is available, when displayed at the labelled resolutions.
If needed, I could adjust the sizes, or create an additional variant at a new size also.

WOW, these look incredible! I'd say definitely use these over my 64x64 icon, 100%.
