I don't know if it's SDL-related or not, but none of the current builds will work with Windows 7 x64. The sound is completely distorted.
As a workaround, people can use Falcosoft's Windows XP test build: https://github.com/Falcosoft/Nuked-SC55/releases
It works flawlessly.
As I know people will just argue that W7 is not supported anymore, I doubt this will ever be fixed, so I just wanted to leave the workaround for anyone who might need it.
