Noise over S/PDIF output

Hi ! Fantastic project, I'm a SC-55 user since its release.

compiled in release mode on Linux
launched with "./nuked-sc55 -mk1 -gm"
redirected the output to optical out with pavucontrol, receiver's frequency is reported as 48 kHz

First I had cracks, solved by deactivating/reactivating optical out.

Now the sound is (very) good but there's a permanent signal when idle, I did a recording and here's the result on Audacity (not audible): Capture d’écran_2024-07-17_23-23-02
