If we end up making changes are you happy for us to regularly raise some PR's to feed back into the repos? I think we'd like to provision some items that are not currently covered by your scripts hence the desire to make changes and preferably feed them back in.

I work for Auto Trader UK (https://www.autotrader.co.uk/) We are looking to make use of this repo, alongside the https://github.com/nukosuke/terraform-provider-zendesk repo to provision some Zendesk environments.
