4 years ago might have been a bit early to merge this just yet.
it will at least need the recent changes i made to the go-zendesk client in order to pass the acceptance tests.

Fixed some issues with the schema and have been working to fix issues with the tests.
When this pr is released i'll update this pr and hopefully fix the acceptance test.
