Moved css file #21

Fix for https://github.com/nul800sebastiaan/Cultiv.Tabify/issues/20

Changing the interceptor will not solve the styling issues in the member section. The css is loaded using the package.manifest and because of that it's loaded in the member section as well. This PR contains a quick fix. I deleted the css file from the package.manifest and include it in tabify.html.

Thanks for reporting this! I have just retired this package since there's something better out there! 👍
