Hi,

I'm trying to use this, when I log in using the provided test data, I get a message saying "One last step" with the choice of Google Authenticator, or the YubiKey, however this obviously hasn't been set with my device.

How do I get past this step initially?

Remove the folder bin and rebuild to the solution
