Webwork: Add exercises to section 0.1 #5

Hi Aaron,

I've added webwork exercises to Section 0.1. You can see the output is here: https://apurvnakade.github.io/nulib-oer-linear-algebra/s_sets_functions.html#s_sets_functions_ex

Let me know if you have any suggestions. I was not sure if you wanted some introductory text at the start of the section.

Just noticed problem 4 is buggy. Will replace it.

Actually, none of the problems with checkboxes work. I'll find other problems with "fill in the blank" type questions.
