Fix Homepage - multiple issues

There are a few issues with the homepage which should be addressed:

• Full-page photo graphic with "Deposit Your Work" button. This is intended (from the looks of the CSS) to be a standard NU full-width banner image. ( http://www.northwestern.edu/templates/page-types/full-width/modules.html ) However the way it's placed within the Sufia grid does not allow the section to achieve it's intended design.
• "Recently Uploaded" section/table -
  • The margins are outside of main page container.
  • There are vertical alignment issues within the content table.
• Do we really need the grey call out text above the header graphic image?

thanks for calling these out -- i didn't know that about the image. it'd look better following nu's template.

as for the call out text, do you have a recommendation for encouraging user feedback?

@cpd3149 What exactly is the intent of the grey call out box? If you'd like to initiate user feedback, I'd say we prompt for that in a more subtle manner.

@adamjarling the intent is exactly that. no one has used it so far, but we haven't promoted arch beyond the library yet. i'd like to encourage user feedback. i removed it.

@cpd3149 Got it. Maybe we could make initial entrance to the homepage as clean & slick & NU as possible. I could write some javascript to track (on a minimal level) if the user has moved around the site at all, then perhaps we can add a feedback callout/section/alert or something which tucks nicely in the UI.

I'll design something and show you a first draft, but probably won't be until after I get back from Hydra Camp.
