Descriptive summary

We're on the last version of Sufia that is going to get released, so we should begin working on upgrading Arch to Hyrax.

once PR #253 is pushed to staging and i quickly verify it, we can move hyrax to production. we are adding items to production today, but we can halt whenever the upgrade happens. we'll need a heads up.
