set up travis tests / CI #203

Let's use IR as a test case for automatically running tests using Travis.

Run test and get green lights before merging

Since the sufia/hyrax repos already have their tests run by travis, the only thing we would need to test would be functionality that isn't covered by those tests. Since it's mostly skinning changes that we've done, there isn't much to test in this repository yet.

I'm going to close this issue for now, if we think we need to run tests via travis in the future we can open up another ticket then
