Download All Files (.zip) Hangs on "Preparing Download" #759

Descriptive summary

Users are unable to Download All Files as a .zip on staging. This is an especially useful feature for public users of datasets.

Expected behavior

Arch creates a .zip file of all filesets of the work and releases it as a download for users.

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Visit any work (https://arch.stack.rdc-staging.library.northwestern.edu/catalog?f%5Bresource_type_sim%5D%5B%5D=Dataset&locale=en)
  2. Click on Download All Files

Hi @chrisdaaz

I was able to download a zip just now: https://arch.stack.rdc-staging.library.northwestern.edu/concern/generic_works/c821gj973?locale=en

I'm thinking that based on the time you opened this issue, we hadn't yet solved the infrastructure issue (that was causing the file attachment issue) and it was also causing this.

Can you try again?
