playlist item not streaming #227

Description

a playlist item does not seem to be streaming. It shows the load spinner and never gets the stream in chrome/ff. In Safari it shows the start and end time as 00:00-->00:00

I’m trying to do some Playlist testing, and can’t get this newly edited Segmento 4 (see https://media.northwestern.edu/playlists/31) to play. Is some AVR work perhaps happening right now? Or, is it a problem with this particular playlist? Please let me know when you can.

Ideas

can we verify that the item stream looks OK, that there's nothing odd about it?

This looked like an old playlist. Recreated and worked fine. Found #230
