Add new playlist from item errors

Description

When trying to add items to a "new playlist" from media object page, the system errors. This may be a core bug

To Recreate:

• Go to a media object
• Click the playlist modal
• click the "add new playlist"
• see attached errror

This seems to happen only in Safari
