Investigate Avalon access rights via SES #382

Description

Per discussion with Kurt, we would like Avalon to be able to authenticate a student and have access to his / her classes. This will allow professors to use simple links and students to be able to login to Avalon directly (not via canvas) to gain access to material. We need to see if we have access to the SES api and write up a statement of work
