Check for SIM charge cycles #15

There should be a functions that checks for each SIM module how many charge cycles it has per day

For now, there is a function that does this in antimony/init/1_functions. It needs to be upgraded a bit though

This should be implemented in qcodes, and then stored in the snapshot.
