get_pulse_sequence quirks #237

I'm noticing a few issues regarding how we store and recall pulse sequences from DataSets.

get_pulse_sequence splits the dataset location using '\\' which isn't necessarily the divider between the timestamp and the dataset counter and name.
The pulse sequence functions seem to depend on datasets being stored in a 'data' folder which isn't always the case.
There appears to be a bug in the layout, this should probably be self.store_pulse_sequences_folder

I think these functions could use a minor overhaul to be more generic and using straightforward locations, maybe storing alongside data.
