add style selection to PageHeaderBlock #11

add choice fields to PageHeaderBlock -select text color -select drop shadow style this is for tuning color contrast so title text is legible on jumbotron background image I know general policy is NOT to give this choice in editor. Maybe some other style solution will present later and this feature can be removed

widgets: switched to jqueryColorPicker.js 407a6fe99d1d6d07408d8c2cabd344ad3b9d8a12 now choose color of text to contrast bg image - and text-shadow offset and blur radius also header level for column subheadings
