Switching to profile doesn't bring existing profile window into focus #67

If you switch to a profile for which there is already an open window in the background, basically nothing happens. Ideally, it should bring one of the open windows for that profile to the foreground. I have experienced this on Windows 10. Btw, great stuff!

Apologies, I found there's the window focus workaround in the extension settings that fixes this!
