Website 2.0 #26

The website needs to be upgrade to have a better look and feel while keeping the current UX unchanged. The reason for keeping the UX same for now is all leads are already familiar with the system and we don't want to give them a shock.

I would like to help by creating a new UI for public facing pages while still providing the option to look at the old one if need be. Framework I would use is: Nuxt.js + Vuetify.
