Anything that is manually added instead of being a post-processing patch for CC-CEDICT will be listed here in order to make it easier to keep track of.

from now on, the database will be maintained by directly editing the u8 file, with the conversion tool being only used to generate Pleco text files.

Future releases will have pre-made complete pleco dictionary files rather than the text files that users manually have to set up.

General work flow will be Edit u8 -> run tool to covnert to pleco txt -> import to pleco, and upload here as binary release
