Category tab hides "cancel" and "move to" options when swiping downward

Select manga Click categories icon Scroll down the categories that appear rq

Expected behavior

The "cancel" and "move to" buttoms that are in the botton should be untouched

Actual behavior

*Look below, the buttons are cut out

Since J2K v1.7.x the UI has been glitching all over the place, that's why in Yōkai I've been trying to (slowly) rewrite the UI component to use the same stuff Tachiyomi (and Mihon) has been using since around v0.15.x.

Probably won't be fixed anytime soon sadly.
