Ability to apply default chapter sort/filter settings globally

Describe your suggested feature

I prefer to see chapters chronologically, so I edit the sorting options per title. I would love it if I could do this for titles either globally or per category.

Forgive me if this exists and I am just blind and can't find it! Thank you!
