Color not matching with theme after fullscreen turned off in reader

Steps to reproduce

Navigation and the status bar color should match with theme in reading mode.

Expected behavior

In the reader, nav and status bar color should match with theme that selected in appearance settings while fullscreen is turned off.

Actual behavior

When I turned of fullscreen I see a wired color in status bar and nav bar. It is a "teal" color that I see.
