Describe your suggested feature

This is good BC of many things. As a person who has many friends who don't watch/read anime/manga and it makes it super weird with random explicit content showing up. With this, it can be solved.

Not sure what you mean by that, there already 2 NSFW filter:

1. Extension/Sources: Triple Dots -> Settings -> Browse -> Scroll all the way down and find "Show in sources and extensions lists"
2. Library: Double tap "Library" / Tap "filter icon" at the top right besides triple dots -> Tap filter icon at the bottom of your screen -> Find "Content type" and set it to SFW to hide all NSFW entries

There's no NSFW filter for Recents at the moment since I'm still figuring out how to workaround certain technical limitation. Other than that it'd be the source (or perhaps extension)'s task to provide an NSFW filter.
