Custom covers are not loaded

Steps to reproduce

Set a custom cover
Reload the app

Expected behavior

Custom covers should be retained

Actual behavior

For some reason, the custom covers are not loading. Instead, the library thumbnail only shows the main color extracted from the cover. It comes up empty on the item's page.

Other details

I only tested this with the local source. It had been working properly for 7 months until the update to 1.7.13. It might also be a cache problem. I will clear cover cache and come back to you.

Clearing the cached covers doesn't fix it.

Actually, I figured out that I can't read the local source either. I expect this to be fixed by the folder structure change planned in your next update.

Edit: I can read the local source, it was just the bug with the cutouts. However, I suspect that the covers can't be read because they are added in the Yōkai/local folder even if I set my download folder to Yokai/downloads.
