[Feature Request] Tablet Layout in portrait mode for foldables/ Further foldable support

Describe your suggested feature

Please add an option to enable tablet layout in portrait mode especially for foldables, the tablet layout only activate a when the phone is in landscape mode, that's the case even for foldables...... So please add an option for enabling tablet mode portrait orientation or in case of a foldable, the tablet mode is enabled when the phone is opened (while using the larger inside display)

Further foldable support

Not sure if I could test this without foldable phone myself, but I could add an option to force table UI.
