Use meta tags according to the Open Graph Protocol to improve previews generated while sharing the site on social media platforms.

Todo

[ ] Use the OG partial from Hugo in head.html so that it can be overriden
[ ] Update site parameters in config.yaml to include parameters for the following:
- Title
- Description

You may exclude the site image for now
