Replace bio.link/null_neu with /links on our website.

Why

Remove dependency on proprietary service
Full control over content/design
Consistent with website theme
Faster loading
Easy updates via Hugo

Implementation

Static HTML/CSS only
Add route: /links
Include all current bio.link content:
- Social links
- Resources
- Contact info
- Meeting links

Done when

All content migrated
Mobile-friendly
Update process documented
