Imagine the laundering portion as 3 variables: $allTimeTotal, $rate, $totalAfterPurchaseWithNewRate. Oversimplified sure, but this is just to help me explain. When a new building for laundering is purchased, $allTimeTotal is conserved and $rate is increased correctly, however I think $totalAfterPurchaseWithNewRate is displayed as total cash laundered (displayed in both locations) and used in the calculations to determine probability of IRS Audit. This leads to negative percentages for audit chance and the incorrect value being displayed under amount maybe. Or maybe I just confused myself. It's 3:30am anyway. And I'm drunk. Ish?
