Laundering not correct #157

My laundering says it is 58.22B/s. But the totaled laundered is only going up about 1-1.5B/s.

The 58.22B/s is the rate you are capable of laundering money. You can only launder what unlaundered money you have. Thus, if you have no unlaundered money, and are earning only 1-1.5B/s, you will launder at that rate.
