Laundered money cannot be spent #21

I seem to be unable to use laundered money to buy things. My unlaundered total needs to be at or above the price of something, so this would be tremendously problematic if my laundering rate exceeded my rate of income.

Laundered money is just a representation of how much of your total money has been laundered. It is not a separate resource.

Oh. I would suggest making that easier to understand as well as having things that you can only buy with laundered money.
