Created a folder with tests following the @privacy-scaling-explorations maci repo. Created treeCheckRoot.nr to avoid a few compile-time errors.

Hey, thanks for taking this up. A few corrections : We don't need all those tests. Just compare this repo's code with PSE's MACI code

Hey, I made the structure after comparing it with PSE's MACI. All the tests may not be necessary, which can be removed over time.
