Move to kubernetes-client 1.0.0-rc6 #2

All the formatting is the last commit. Can strip that out if you want.

Raised/resurrected an issue on the patch behavior on the new client: https://github.com/kubernetes-client/javascript/issues/1836

Am fine sitting on this/revisiting when the kubernetes client becomes 1.0. We were dinged on request dependencies.
