TIMEPLOT started to display dates as Wednesday, December 31, 1969 #357

With the change 1742 from January 15th, 2009, Timeplot stopped displaying 
dates in my data properly and shows Wednesday, December 31, 1969 for all of 
them.

I had to revert to 1741 to get back the desired result.
