Nnon-English cards are added to Scryfall under temporary names. These temporary names use quotation marks to signify that they are unofficial translations. Usually the card names are joke names.
When mtg-spoiler-notifier encounters such an card, it should download the unofficial translation of the rules text for the card and include that text in the outgoing message(s).
When the English version of that card is uploaded, it will not include quotation marks and will be named with the official card name. This means that mtg-spoiler-notifier will simply treat it as a new card.
In addition, a note about this process should be included in the README.
