Add support for AWS EKS. https://github.com/nullstone-modules/aws-eks-fargate
This entails creating a Terraform module to create a kubernetes cluster using AWS EKS. Initial support will use a fargate profile to manage the worker nodes. As a result, the contract for the module should be cluster/aws/eks:fargate.
