This PR introduces the deploy CLI command. Currently, this only supports deploying apps defined as app/container using a module of type service/aws-fargate.

Also, there are several improvements to the docs and usage to help guide the user.

Added success message when using set-org
Added guiding message when org is not configured yet
Added --api-key flag to configure to enable single command usage
