C965 beanstalk

This adds support for beanstalk apps.

Additionally, this does the following:

• Utilize deployment-sdk for push, deploy, and deploy status get.
• Migrates existing app.Provider mechanism to admin.Provider with Remoter (ssh, exec), Log Streamer (logs), and Statuser (status, status --env).
• Packages that supported push, deploy, deploy status get were deleted. All usage was migrated to deployment-sdk.

Beanstalk is configured to use the ec2 Remoter and no LogStreamer . This PR does not implement a beanstalk Statuser.
