Scroll to the top after pagination #1313

Is your feature request related to a problem? If so, please describe.

In the table component or the standalone Pagination component, when changing pages the component should offer to scroll the page back to the top after pagination. This can be done for better UX so the user doesn't have to manually scroll to the top.`
