BrandedNavBar logo displays out-of-bounds when provider is using "large" size

Describe the bug

The BrandedNavBar logo displays outside the bounding box of the navigation bar

Steps to reproduce

• Set NDSProvider size prop to "large"
• Render the BrandedNavBar component within the NDSProvider from the previous step

Expected behaviour

Logo should not overlap the bottom of the navigation bar

Is your team blocked from moving forward by the bug?

Not blocking for now, no current customer impact due to feature not being live. Will block releasing this feature in the future.
