Gender in ontologie tree #91

If possible;

Gender is only selectable by adding "patient" feature, would be better if patient was expandable and gender was listed below for selection.

grafik Done that, but in all honestly I really dislike it. I think the main reason we do it here, is that we currently only have a single attribute for the patient. For many attributes, it would be tedious to select each attribute and set its value. Also, it's against the overall principle of using the same UI presentation for all TermEntries below a Profile.

The only viable argument for doing it this way is the increased accessibility using search.
