Is the value de.netzwerk_universitaetsmedizin.codex.fttp.trustStore a alternative to 

de.netzwerk_universitaetsmedizin.codex.fttp.certificate
de.netzwerk_universitaetsmedizin.codex.fttp.privateKey

or are all 3 needed?

The Deployment & Configuration section of the new process wiki page, has more infos on the config parameters. TLDR: you need all three. Let me know, if the description in the wiki must be improved.
