Allow other query types than just CQL #20

Currently the process is designed to be able to handle CQL queries. However, overall requirement has it that other query types have to be processable as well.

These other query types are:

Structured Query
FHIR Search (won't be used but is allowed to be sent to the process)

These adjustments will leads to adjustments in other compartments:

profiles
process pipeline
configuration
