Change `<cbc:MultiplierFactorNumeric />` type from `int` to `float`. #59

Based on http://www.datypic.com/sc/ubl21/e-cbc_MultiplierFactorNumeric.html value of the <cbc:MultiplierFactorNumeric /> should be xsd:decimal
