This form is to collect feedback for investors + the Numa team to understand how users feel about using the app.

Prompts for when this email should be sent to users should decided upon & the email style should also be agreed on - this email/form should be flexible to use.

? can this be created on TypeForm & integrated into the app's workflow somehow
