Worksheet theme: short name of extension used in a question is printed in the worksheet output #1006

The extension short name, e.g. "stats", appears below the question adviceContainer div. I had a quick look to see if there was an obvious reason, but struggling. Certainly the same thing isn't in the Standard theme.
