matrix operation id(n) not recognised #101

Message on including $\var{id(3)}$ or setting up variable is

Numbas Error: Operation ‘id’ is not defined. Did you mean

‘id*(...)’ ?

That's because I'd called the command idmatrix! I've changed it to id.
