Someone new to Numbas taking an exam on mobile mentioned that they got "stuck" in the menu and had to pause and resume to get back to the questions. I guess they hadn't realised that clicking a question also does this. However I can see that intuitively you might expect that there's an icon that would be present to let you close the menu after opening it with the hamburger. Is this something that we could add? Perhaps a right aligned cross at the top (with the logo then left aligned - see e.g. the Github menu on this page).
